Today I tried Egg beaters with cheese Ugh not a fan !! Anyone else out there got any ideas ?

worm2872 635 Posted December 19, 2012 Ok this is not recommended!!! but I'm not a puréed meat person either. So.... I've been just chewing the hell out of the chicken I eat. I literally purée it in my mouth. I am extremely careful and take bites smaller than an eraser.

I just pop them out and microwave them. They're excellent. The ice cube is 1 oz, so I eat 2 at a time. Very filling & 14 grams of Protein. Lisa Collom 184 Posted December 21, 2012 I'm finding I can't stomach anything puréed. I gag as I try to eat it and everything comes up. So I am eating very soft foods and chewing them incredibly well. It's the best I can do.
