Jeff 43 Posted December 16, 2012 Ladies and gentlemen....friends I have made and friends I have yet to meet, I want to that you all for this site and the sharing of your experiences. I'm not nervous...merely excited to get it over with. As of Thursday I was down a total of 37 pounds preop. And that's without any exercise...due to my bad ankle. I have done all the testing and surgical clearance, psych clearance etc, but my insurance is still reviewing it. they were supposed to be done last friday, i have been on two Protein shakess mixed with Water or juce and then a lean meat and veg for dinner since the 3rd of Dec. so i am 1.4 lb away from surgery weight....totaly reayd to go...but the insurance hasn't came back with an answer yet. how long have you been in the process? Jeff 43 Posted December 17, 2012 I got the ball rolling in august. First class was in September. My final class is this Friday...can't wait to see their faces when I show them what a loser looks like!!! If my insurance balks....I will simply appeal. kat77 63 Posted December 17, 2012 That is awesome. You sound super motivated too. I am sure you will be a success story. I am super motivated too, but when it comes to the waiting, I feel helpless.
