Joe.s 15 Posted December 12, 2012 Im just over 4 months post op and my arms are so sore. Achey and its not from exercise as I've just been walking. Has anyone else had this problem? Its the muscles that are Sore/Achey. Not the bone or any thing Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
