BBdoodle 483 Posted December 12, 2012 When I get up in the morning I take out 4 bottles of Water (16.9 oz) and add Lipton diet tea, I know by the end of the day that I have to drink all 4 to get my minimum 64 oz of water in. stellar313 26 Posted December 12, 2012 I use Slow Mow Eating (Android) . It is more for reminding you to take each sip or bite. I use it when I find myself getting behind.
