As you lose the weight you have more energy and you are not carrying around all that weight. I do not require as much sleep as I once did - I'm OK with it .... I get so much more done now LOL

I live for bedtime. Lol. I've tried so hard not to nap since surgery so I'm ready for bed about 9.

I try to get in bed by 9pm if possible because I get up at 430am and I have read that you need at least 7 1/2 to 8 hrs sleep at night to help with the weight loss. I go to the gym from 445am to 530am everyday....then start my regular day at 530am by getting a shower, and family up and going!
