I've read that many Migraine sufferers who have had RNY see some improvement in their headaches. As sit here, regretting signing up to be room mother at my daughter's dance recital today, and waiting for my meds to kick in, I'm hoping this is true for me. (I'm about to spend 3 hours in a dressing room with nearly 100 screaming little girls in tap shoes!) Has anyone post op noticed less headaches?

Yes' date=' I've noticed a difference.[/quote']

Are they less frequent? Or less intense? Easier to "break"?

Nutrasweet has never been an issue with my Migraines. Wasn't really big on sodas and the like. I had hormonal issues, causing classic migraines with aura. I went 6 years with out a Migraine, then I got pregnant. After that, they started more frequently as I became insulin dependent.

I was told mine were hormonal in nature (on set of perimenapuse) stress induced. So I got rid of him! Lol only discovered the nutrasweet connection when I gave up diet drinks.< /p>

When I first got them, I was down for 4 days, and one got me into to the ER. I had them for a year or so, right before my menses, then they stopped. Six years went by, and I had one and thought, "Oh, no, not again." Turned out I was pregnant. I was put on insulin about 3 years ago, and since then I get them at least once a week, though not as severe.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
