JustJenn 542 Posted December 10, 2012 This reminds me... I need to get back to doubling my scoops and getting 50+ in one shot of 8-12 oz. prefer the 8oz less is better but the thick gags me. cmarie317 24 Posted December 10, 2012 I drink the already made my Protein Shakes you can buy at Sams Club. They are 30 grams in once can and they taste like chocolate milk. Also low in sugar. TinyMamiOf3kids 1,280 Posted December 10, 2012 I was diagnosed with pneumonia yesterday at 5 days post op I am struggling to get fluids in because I feel so crummy!
