Hate meat and Protein Shakes but last night at GNC I found the Lean shake and even though they taste sweet... there is no aftertaste! I am so excited! 25 grams of Protein with 24 Vitamins and minerals! I have to sip it ALL day but wanted to share! Takes me almost 4 hours to get in 14 ozs. Have you tried mixing unflavored Protein powder in foods like mashed potatoes, yogurt, sf pudding, etc? TeamMom 10 Posted December 8, 2012 I am using the nectar chocolate truffle with soy milk and I like the taste !! BBdoodle 483 Posted December 8, 2012 I use the Isopure Dutch Cholocate...its the only one I found so far that I can tolerate. I am almost 9 months post op and have tried many different shakes. I use as little milk and Water as possible so I dont' have to drink so much. I mostly use the shake as my Breakfast because they are sooooo filling to me. Stay away from the Protein Shots they are discusing.... really !!!
