newman 1 Posted December 7, 2012 Hope deferred allows men to be made ashamed….(2 mth, after bypass) We all have this same like minded goal in minded, but now what offset it. It’s a hard blow to me to just know that all after this my weight stalls weekly, will I make it? 160 hundred pounds is a lot to consider. I’m so upset I’ve decide not to eat today. I wish I knew what to do. I’m looking a long time weight loss severer to learn form. Please share in details your program that allowed you to be a winner. I find that other can get in your way and hold you if you them even after bypass. I sure like know if there is any better way to do stuff.

I'm 5 months out and have lost 100#s .I go to a gym 3-4 times a week. Mostly walking on the treadmill. Cardio, cardio, cardio! And the I do pushups and situps and domr weights to tone as I'm loosing. Find a gym with instructors who are trained in GBP. Get with them to help you with your goals.
