Does anyone have a good Protein Bar recipe? I'd love to make my own but I'm unsure of how to make it all work! Any suggestions?

Only suggestion I have is Quest bars which are not home made but are absolutely awesome... Except the strawberry cheesecake it's gross!!! Great Protein and Fiber
