ladyflagg 7 Posted December 6, 2012 Your skin is dry,clammy .....dry mouth...and your urine is normally not clear ,very yellowish. And for some women they can develop yeast infections . Do what ever you can to get that Water in even if its eating ice all the time !!!!Hang in there Also you can get dizzy from sitting to standing....if your mouth is dry then your body is trying to tell you to give it some water and your already in dehydration mode.
