nikkiba75 276 Posted December 3, 2012 I see a therapist because its hard to deal with everything that's happening to you without talking to someone who won't judge you. I find that saying things out loud helps me to calm down and focus on what I need to do. This is a lot of work and adjustment ,so don't be hard on yourself and find someone to talk to. This site is amazing site with a lot of informed people and if you ever want to have a private conversation I'm here. Good luck Sent from my iPad using RNYTalk 1 Cheryl Barfoot reacted to this

worm2872 635 Posted December 4, 2012 I hear you! This is a hard long journey. Esp for us emotional eaters. Nikki is right. I know I am going to have to deal with this beast with a professional. I've lost weight in past only to have my emotions slaughter all of my work. Plus the weight loss release tons of hormones causing us to be even more emotional. Take it day by day. :-).
