Was size 20 pants and 1X tops. Now am size 14 bottoms and size L tops. SW=235; CW=172; GW= 125.

I am 5 ft 3in. Surgery was 10/24 (6 months out). It has been slow and steady. Dream size 6/8!

Lmbo itty-bitty I didn't think I would get this small but I'm sure loving it.

Yes I do. I been call tiny woman. Small & short. Little girl now that was funny. Small woman by my hubby. Skinny woman by my doctor. Slim lady. I'm just loving & enjoying it. All have been in good taste except some guys find me too small they had offer me food lmbo I say nicely thanks but I had a really big meal I just don't gain much weight :) they get the point right away.

Was wearing size 28 and 5xl

Currently Rocking Size 8/9 and medium

Goal size was about a 6 and a small/medium

NEW GOAL (cause I'm loosing so quickly)

Size 3 and extra small

Starting size was a 22/24. Current size is a 14. Dream size is a 6. Realistic goal is a 10. :)

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
