rae 3 Posted December 2, 2012 I'm 8 months out and the weight loss is starting to slow;(. I'm not ready. I've been 4 pounds away from a 100 pound loss for a couple of weeks now. Aside from watching Water, Protein and working out and suggestions?

BBdoodle 483 Posted December 2, 2012 Im 9 months post op, I had a stall the months of august and september with no weight loss what so ever. I increased my workouts from walking to jogging/running and from 45 minutes to a hour. That got me out of my slump and I started to lose again.

BBdoodle 483 Posted December 2, 2012 Sometimes increasing calories helps. I tried a couple of things to get me out of the slump but the increased exercise was key for me. I heard people that increased their Protein and that got them out of the slump.
