I Need Help Pls

I had my sugery 6 month ago. I lost 64 pond now I'm in 164 but I need loose 30 to get my healthy weight but I'm stuck in the same weight like a month. Any advise to get it please I feel really bad ;(

I had a friend that had the same problem and they had her start the phases of her diet all over again and she only needed to loose 20lbs and ended up loosing 30lbs

It will move I was stall for 5 weeks & on the 6th week the scale moved again.

I did that but I don't know why I feel really bad with Liquid Protein. My dr send me to make a endoscopy.

From what I have read... Up the Protein and exercise... I'm in a 2 and half week stall and am trying everything... Tho not worried cuz I feel great and look good!!! Lol!!
