OMG this Protein is so good "Chike Meal Replacement." Sorry today is first day of liquids I can't think of anything but food it is everywhere the aromas are driving me crazy, but I will not yield to the temptations. Get behind me you food demons. Ok I am out of control. LOL

I'm doing great. Sore but better than expected. Walked 7 laps since 2 pm. Thanks for all the prayers and support . Good luck to everyone . I'm on the losers bench

Woohoo. 7 laps since 2, you're doing great :-) Glad to hear from you. The day of my surgery I felt so drugged up and sleeping all the time that I don't even know if I walked. Kudos and keep up the good work :-)
