momlambert 77 Posted April 16, 2013 Oops was trying to correct "dysmorphia" and hit send instead. Sorry. Anyway, I think it's common with us weight-challenged women. We all need a wake up call like you had. Hooray!
myjoshcait 40 Posted April 16, 2013 Haven't been on for long time folks, busy with the folks. Have lost 23 kgs to date, only 15 to go. Have been stalled for ages, but then again havent been counting Protein either. Everyone looks well and from reading envy one is winning the weight loss battle, well done to everyone. Can anyone tell me please what ever happened to simply southern?

lmcgloon 127 Posted April 17, 2013 I also have a wedding coming up in June & want to buy a cute dress now while they're in all the stores but have no idea what size to buy or how much I'll change between now & then. Since surgery I've lost 60lbs and went from a tight size 24/3X to 18/XL. I will cry, literally cry, if I ever get to single digit sizes.
jessiegirl22 91 Posted April 17, 2013 Need some advice.... I have been on a stall for about 2 weeks now! It is hard to up my Protein much more due to the strictures I keep having. I uped my exercise but then I put on 2lbs. Makes no since to me at all. I am very frustrated... I started at 256lbs and I'm now 186lbs. I'm struggling with my hair also.. any advice would help! Then all you have to do is find you dress and buy it at least 1 size small and keep the receipt. If its too big before wedding then you'll have to exchange it or have it fitted. one4ozzie 434 Posted April 17, 2013 I'm nervous if I buy it now it may be out of stock by June. Silly I know. No its not Silly. heck by then you could even be a couple dress sizes down actually. That is a very good thing to be nervous about. Then when you exchange, you could see if it can be ordered or exchange for a different one. momlambert 77 Posted April 18, 2013 4 months post op today for me. I'm down 82 lbs total 72 since surgery. Here is pictures. Left day of surgery and right is today. Wow, Nicole! You look fabulous. I'm four months out as well but have only lost 56. Good for you!
momlambert 77 Posted April 18, 2013 Jessie, sometimes when you begin an exercise program you gain a little because muscle weighs more than fat. Be sure you do all you can to get your Protein in. That will help with the loss as well as with your hair. Hang in there!
