I can't stop worrying and wondering abt her. I did reach out to Alex a few weeks ago and asked him if he might have any secret info in her registration facts that he could use to let her know we are worried abt her and really want to hear from her but he didn't respond. I don't know what else to do. As far as I can tell' date=' she hasn't posted anywhere on this site since she last posted here and said she was going in for a feeding tube. I do wish we knew something![/quote']

Yeah. Me too. My thoughts and prayers are with her. She's had such a difficult time.

I have been thinking about her too. I went to her profile and she last logged on last night. Best wishes and prayers for her recovery. She started this thread and we miss her.

I'm so glad to hear that. Did she say how she's doing?

There was no post from her. A user profile shows your last log in. Go to the beginning of the thread and click on her user name. It will go to her profile and it records you last log in.

I hop she is ok.

I went out with friends tonight and danced so much' date=' and just realized my feet aren't killing me. I guess 52 lbs makes a big difference. :)

Congrats :-) Oh yes, it would. I'm so happy that you were able to experience it. I can now see it happening more in your future. Dancing is good exercise too :-)

Happy for you!!!

Thank you Gen! Before I wouldn't have gotten up as much, but was out there a lot. Energy galore!

Just a note of good news. My scale has FINALLY started moving. I'm down 2 lbs after more than a month of nothing. I'm now down 28 since pre surgery and 18 since Dec 17-day of surgery. It is certainly going slow but at least it's going again.

That is great. Patience is the key. Your gonna do it. No two bodies are the same. You just got to let it do what it do.

I made it to onederland (199.2) today. I would like to say it feels awesome but still have a lot of pain, so it's a goal that can't be enjoyed right now. Doing better on eating n drinking today and managing pain or trying too.

Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
