one4ozzie 434 Posted January 12, 2013 Sorry if I'm being a pest' date=' but has anyone experienced crampy pain all over their abdomen? I have it tonight along with some gas (belching) and it's starting to worry me. Could coffee be doing it? Or tuna and lite mayo? Help![/quote'] Are those new items you're consuming? Is the coffee Decaf? Gen :-) 12/15/
one4ozzie 434 Posted January 12, 2013 Hey everyone! I am 11 days post-op today and it was the first day that I really started to feel like myself again Most of my pain has been gone for awhile' date=' but I have had a couple lingering tender/sore spots that have been giving me trouble. Today I was actually able to walk around almost pain free, and even took myself on a trip to Barnes and Noble! Im so excited, I just felt I had to share with people that understood what I was going through. Hope everyone is doing well!![/quote'] That's great. It's good to hear that you're doing much better. I still have some ache every now and the on the incision point by the belly button. Of course, low rider pants don't help. I always wear my Spanx tank underneath my shirt, tucked in to help prevent rubbing against it. Gen :-) 12/15/

one4ozzie 434 Posted January 12, 2013 Today I completed day 2 of the C25K app. If you don't know what that is, an app that trains non runners in 8 weeks to be able to run a 5k. I had my iPod app on and walked (mostly at 3.4 mph) and ran (a little at 4.4mph) over 12,335 steps :-) first time ever going over 8,000. I have the striiv play and its app on my iPhone and iPod. It has challenges to beat such as walk 50 steps in 1 minute. I absolutely love it. I beat all the challenges it gave me today except I lost one of them :-( it was a tough one though. I did all of that using my iPod. When I went to sync it, I lost my steps, all 12,000+ down the drain. I was so ticked off. It was because my iPod isn't the newer one and wouldn't sync to my pedometer or to MyFitnessPal :-( So I had to start over w the pedometer and ended up getting another or only 484 steps. I was so bummed, disappointing. Good work out though. I recommend the striiv. The challenges are great, fun and healthy:-) Gen :-) 12/15/12 1 KMH reacted to this
ginsyn76 51 Posted January 12, 2013 I have the striiv app also. I love it. It keeps me walking one challenge at a time and I'm always trying to beat a goal or time or something. 12,000 steps is awesome! I think my highest is in the 8,000 range still. Then it stopped giving me challenges :-( I was bummed when I saw that. Gen :-) 12/15/

Gen :-) 12/15/12 Yeah, they're all new and the coffee is 1/2 caff or regular sometimes if I'm desperate! I'm bad, I know!! You think the coffee is doing it? I just am kinda freaked out! Lol. Keep wondering if everything's ok in there!

I actually think I'll just eliminate things one by one and see what happens. And thank you! I hope I feel better soon too cause I get grouchy when my tummy hurts! Lol.
