I can't believe I could ever in my life have this problem, but... I can't get near enough calories. Today I've had three meals and my total is 156. What do I do??

Add a couple Snacks and Protein filled meals. That will give you more calories. Most Protein shakes are at least 110 cal / serving.

I just bought me some today. They are actually pretty comfy. I can't wear the pads they supply with them (you don't have to use them) I really don't know what bra size I am now but I got the XL ones

I have been a 50 DD for many years . Was always top heavy even when I was 124 lbs in my 20s. I would normally go for the 4 X before surgery and hoping I lose alot of my top half. So maybe I should order a 2 X I don't know

Hey girls, wanted to let you know I saw the Genie bra at my local Walmart for $9.99. Might wanna check in your area, I thought that was a pretty good deal. I didn't get one cause I'm concerned about the support too, double D's over here. Lol.

My boobs are shrinking...I'll wait on the Genie...I might be in a training bra by the time this is over...lol

Ahaaha! Me too!! Or a nice breast lift!! I haven't lost my boobs yet. But I know it's gonna happen! :( We need magic wands so we can lose it from some places but not others. My ass is sooo flat. If I could turn the bottom half of my body around, I'd look HOT!!! Lol.

I wear the genie bra pre op and post op. I'm a 46 DD and wear a 3x genie bra. I'm already in need of next size down. Lost 26 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks. They do hold up the girls.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
