melb1976 12 Posted November 26, 2012 I'm almost5 months out, I've list 70lbs, and have been doing great. I eat properly and get in all my protein...Until today. Today, I fell off the wagon and ate about 1/2 Cup of mint chip ice cream. I was so sick. I don't know why I ate it. I knew I shouldn't have eaten it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
