I would try a pre-mixed shake-they have a smoother, creamier texture and I think made it more soothing. I relied on Ensure High Protein for my liquid stage as directed by my dr. Tastes yummy too--chocolate flavor.

Try the Isopure Zero Carb drinks. They're clear and in different flavors. I buy them at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe.
