Hello! I went from 273 now 210! Can't wait to break to onederland!! Ill pass out lol. From size 2x shirts to large! And size 24 pants to now 18 close to 16! I never imagined never thought this could happen!! Physically feel better still mentally challenging to realize I'm smaller! Ppl tell me at work how much better I look feels great! Hope everyone else has a good safe journey!!

That's awesome!!!! I can relate to the mind not catching up I'm going from size 30 to 24 now being big on me. I just went shopping last weekend for 22 & 20's and 2x tops. You will be in onerland soon please don't pass out lol post on here and update so we call cheer you on!!!!

Amanda wonderful just wonderful. And yep it is a lot of work isn't it and our minds are not as easy to fix as our innards sometimes. You will get there. Keep believing in yourself. Cause you are AWESOME
