Just came across this thread- you are doing amazing! I too am 5'2" and my start weight is 222. I can NOT wait to be back down to 150 and then working to tighten and tone and lose further after that!!

No matter what size we start at, being overweight with and without health issues sucks!

So excited for everyone here and can NOT wait for my surgery date! They best call me next week to schedule it!

This is the only time I see the difference. Down 81lbs! 15lbs away from my goal!!!!

Wow you look great! When was your surgery date? I'm sure you'll reach your goal weight. I can't wait till I start losing more... :)

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
