jessamarie24 173 Posted November 19, 2012 Today I jumped on the scale and I'm down to 209! 4 months ago I was 287, and my highest was 330. It's hard because some days I don't see the difference but I would never change a thing! Plis thank u You look great in your profile picture!! I eat 1/4 cup of food 3 times a day. I try not to snack Or eat more than that! I don't see a difference either unless I look At pictures. jessamarie24 173 Posted November 20, 2012 2 Fluid oz 3 times a day. Sometimes I feel like I can eat more than that and sometimes I don't even eat that. I have the same issue! Some days I feel like I am just as fat as I was before surgery and others I feel a little smaller. It just takes time and it's great to have people supporting you and telling you how good you look!
