Does Anbody Else Get Canker Sores?

I've got this REALLY bad canker sore on my bottom lip on my top lip and on the outside lip. Now I'm familiar with cold sores and I'm CERTAIN this is not a cold sore!!!! I've been reading online that B12 6 2 & 3 deficiencies and also immune deficiencies play apart..is anybody else experiencing this too? I've had two this is my second one and it seem like this is the worse I've ever seen..I also have swollen gums and a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes..does anyone have any advice or have this happen to you? Plz I'm in soooooo much pain!!!! :'(

you might want to go to the dr.! too many things going on at once.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
