My name is Nicole I'm 48 and I had surgery 4 yrs ago, I weighed 475 lbs, I lost 230 lbs! I hade 3 surgeries since my gastric bypass to remove skin and I want 2 more surgeries. I am having a problem, I gained 30 lbs back and I need to get back on track

one thing to help if you don't have it already is myfitnesspal it helps keep track your daily food and exercise intake. also a lot of people go back to their liquid stages and Protein to get back in track

Hey... Welcome to the boards.. What phenomenal weight loss you have had. I have heard of the 5 day pouch test... Maybe that would help..or try liquids to get back on track!!
