nursie026 36 Posted November 15, 2012 Saw my surgeon today. Lost 22lbs since my November 1st surgery! I'm advanced to purée/ soft! That 2 weeks of liquids was utter hell!!! kristy3k 1,133 Posted November 15, 2012 Congrats on your weight loss you are doing great. From what I hear weight loss for dummies has all kinds of great recipes for every stage. thrisha.hamilton 13 Posted November 16, 2012 My NUT recommended the graduates toddler meats... chicken, and meatballs are the only ones I've tried. I mix them with cream of chicken Soup no Water.
