Love them I keep one in my purse at all times. My dollars tree has them,can't beat a buck!

I like loooooooooove these!! Especially when I'm on the go! And they're high in protein!!!

Do you just eat them as is or do you add some sort of sauce like mayo? How many oz in a can? Can you eat the whole thing in one sitting?

3.6 oz some are pre mixed with mayo some aren't they come with crackers and a little spoon.

I east them as is. They are already seasoned, no mayo involved. Its 2.5/3oz can't remember. And I usually try to easy the whole thing. Sometimes I have one for lunch and one for dinner.
