My name is Laverne and I live in Mississippi and I am in the pre op stage of having gastric bypass. I am getting all pre testing done at this time because my insurance BCBS will not cover bariatric surgery until January. I have taken labs, PCP support and psych eval completed..

I grew up in Jackson Ms. I have had my surgery (10/3/12) and i feel great. Let me know if you have questions. This is a great group.
