BrianneP. 8 Posted November 14, 2012 Hello everyone. After my surgery the put an abdominal binder on me and told me to wear it at home. For those who got one how long did you wear it? I wear mine when sleeping and walking but when im just relaxing in a chair i let my tummy breath im only 6 days post-op but im wondering if i use it too long it becomes a bad thing.
