Onederland! 6 Month

I had my 6 month appt today. I had surgery May2,2012. Before surgery I was 278.01 today I weighed 196.9. I have lost 81 lbs in 6 months. The picture below is me Christmas last year and a few weeks ago. I have a long way to go but working for it.

That is great. Congrats! I have 10 pounds until onederland. I can't wait.

Thanks guys. I can't wait to lose more. It is motivation. I cannot remember when I weighed below 200 I cried
