I'm so sorry for not communicating with you guy, I have been so sick first I cough an external suture lose due to a very bad flu/cold and my husband took me to the ER. I'm hurting still but now I can sit up. I'm still on full liquids can't really eat anything but I try. I'm just happy to feel this good to get back up and type. Thank God I feel better.

Hello Tmorgan...glad you're on the mend. How far out from surgery are you? Full liquids, if you're taking in Protein Shakes they will get you enough Protein until you can eat solids. I hope you feel 100% soon! Thinking of you!

Thanks everyone I'm a lot better the weight just falling off. I'm three and a half weeks post op I'm trying the Protein but I can only get a third down.

Just drink a lot of Water, and stay away from people with colds. I caught the flu right after surgery and coughed my internal sutures loose. I must say I'm almost 100 feel gud.
