nienie 113 Posted March 6, 2013 I think you are supposed to take both the chewy and the chewable 3 x a day.....I do not always get all my bits in though. You have to go online and print out the form and have your Dr fill out the form and you fill in your information mail it in and it takes about 2 weeks to get them in the mail.
