pwnykat 42 Posted November 12, 2012 breathe, and hit a pillow. sometimes just crying helps release frustration and anger when there is no cause of it. I get seriously wacked out PMS where I am an emotional wreck. hormones EVERYWHERE. Having a cry and a cuddle with someone helps too. Someone who knows that your growling at them because you can't help it and that you dont mean it, who will just cuddle you and say yes shhh its ok. 2 tinabree and berniec reacted to this
pwnykat 42 Posted November 12, 2012 which, granted, is really hard to find when you are Moneing out of control... 1 tinabree reacted to this
maria pepe 29 Posted November 12, 2012 I have been told lots of those same things. Hormones stored in fat being released...must be why the hot flashes are coming and going again. Lol. I was also told that my protection against the world (my fat) is disappearing. Short temper is my quick fix for a defense system. Now I am learning new ways to cope since I can no longer use my old friend food! 1 berniec reacted to this
