Cecilia 201 Posted February 26, 2013 Walked around the lake again, 1.85 miles. Beat yesterday's time by 4 minutes, but that was easy because I didn't need to sit down and rest half way through, LOL! ladyspl 161 Posted February 27, 2013 I feel like JELLOoooooooooo everything hurts! LOL I started a new free weight routine, doing squats, lunges, push ups, etc. and oh dear God I hurrrrrrrtttttt! But it feels good, if that makes sense. I enjoy pushing the limits on my workouts. I got complacent and was barely breaking a sweat, but now I am sweating so much I have to bring a towel with me!
