wcn1970 239 Posted November 11, 2013 Pulls ups (set of 8 reps) straight to dumbell push ups (set of 8 reps) straight to 40lb dumbbell swings (10 reps) total 3 sets. 2 minutes rest. 1legged squats, 12 per leg with weighted calf raises (set of 22 reps) 3 sets. Single arm cable pulls, 16 reps per arm. Straight pull, raised pull and lowered pull. No rest between each, 16 reps each level and 3 total sets. 2 min rest. Single arm bench press with independent arm press. Superset with bent over rows straight to staggered arm push ups. The whole time I try to keep my heart rate above 125.
