mskami77 295 Posted August 4, 2013 I did Zumba today for the first time in years! It was soo much fun! I didn't know I could get this 300lb body to move like that. lol. I can't wait to have surgery so I can do it and look as good as I felt while dancing. The other plus was that my husband and all 4 of my kids (my boys are 17 & 11 and my girls are 7 & 5) were there dancing by my side. I held an 90 minute Zumba Marathon fundraiser and I didn't expect my husband to dance. He was supposed to be there to help register people and collect donations. And low and behold, I look up and there's my big 6'7", 440lb husband dancing away. It was awesome! I think my family is on the way to a healthier lifestyle.
