hazeleyez 3 Posted April 5, 2013 I use the walking videos all of the time unless I'm on workout restrictions like I am right now having to keep both feet on the hound. Saturday I will do a 10k!! The c25k app is 9 weeks and then there's a second one if you want to increase the distance called Bridge to 10k... good luck!!
