NikiG 113 Posted December 21, 2012 I did exercise this evening. Did 2 miles walking DVD with Leslie Sansome. Then 10 min stretching. ladyspl 161 Posted December 28, 2012 I dance walked at the YMCA indoor track today. Yes u read that right. I danced while walking. Several ppl around and it didn't stop me. Get urself a playlist of high energy songs and wave ur arms, swish ur hips, high step, side slide, anything u can do while walking and keeping the beat. Did I look like a fool, absolutely, but let me tell ya it was a way fun workout! Can't wait to do it again tomorrow! I did my usual 2 miles today... Added some incline on the treadmill..
