kristy3k 1,133 Posted November 14, 2012 Did my usual.. Walked a mile before work.. Just got done walking 2 miles with my daughter.. Now heading to the activity center.. snow25 188 Posted November 14, 2012 I need a treadmill! I walked today and did some of the basketball drills with the team I coach, but nothing to really get my heart rate up. FinerWoman 90 Posted December 5, 2012 I stayed in the sauna for 30 min. And then did yoga and 35 squats. After that I stretch...I drank about 1/2 gallon of Water while in the sauna.
