droppingitlikeitshot75 35 Posted November 8, 2012 Yes and as long as it is sugar free and lowfat to fat free. Some suggestions: Fat free refried Beans and cheese with some greek yogurt( taste the same as sour cream) Hormel 98 % Fat free turkey chili with or without beans Greek Yogurt and sugar free preserves Mashed Potatoes (go lightly because of carbs) applesauce any meat that you can puree with some broth.< /p> the entree from your favorite frozen dinner (healthy choice/ lean cuisine and puree it) fruit and lowfat cottage cheese. low fat deli sliced turkey or chicken breast. Jello sugar free puddings (can buy some unflavored Protein and to milk to make with the instant ones.) Unflavored Proteins can be added to almost anything. (Unjury is a good brand there are some other brands also. Go to Unjury websites and they have all sorts of recipes to use with it) 2 gottagetfit and sky reacted to this

douchewafflebear 160 Posted November 9, 2012 absolutely NO idea - I am pre-surgical and the office was kind enough to give this to me - this is the diet I get when I come home from the hospital - not bad eh? I stay in the hospital for 4 days - I hope that is a mistake and they mean up to 4 days - when I had a c-section I just about lost it after 2 in a hospital...
