I have been ok before stage 3 however 3nights running i have vomited after a meal with a pain in my chest area. Is that food going down. Is it normal. I think it's fairly common to occasionally have something disagree with your pouch. You should know that I still cannot eat a scrambled egg without throwing it up. My nutritionist says that they're very hard to digest after RNY. Do not panic! You may have ate too fast, ate to much or it may just be that it was the egg.
