I need to focus on exercise more but overall I'm not doing too bad. 345 start...currently 296. I'll take it. Down 51lbs I have to work on my exercise regiment. I highly recommend the MyFitnessPal app.. It's about as easy as journaling can get. Been using it for 30days.
