Baker_gurl 119 Posted November 1, 2012 I started taking Water aerobics classes this week at the Y. I was really surprised. It was a great workout! The class is an hour long and we use these water weights that provide a lot of resistance! I had always brushed off water aerobics as too simple, but it was a fantastic workout! Vicki Loichinger 444 Posted November 1, 2012 this is my plan for exercise after healing from surgery too. I have done them a long time ago and they are a good workout. Probably the exercise I enjoy the most. We belong to the Y I need to utilize it. I am so glad you went. Helps motivate me to go in a few weeks. Surgery is next week.
