Water Aerobics

I started taking Water aerobics classes this week at the Y. I was really surprised. It was a great workout! The class is an hour long and we use these water weights that provide a lot of resistance! I had always brushed off water aerobics as too simple, but it was a fantastic workout! My YMCA location even offers aqua zumba! Has anyone else tried water aerobics?

this is my plan for exercise after healing from surgery too. I have done them a long time ago and they are a good workout. Probably the exercise I enjoy the most. We belong to the Y I need to utilize it.

I am so glad you went. Helps motivate me to go in a few weeks. Surgery is next week. So as soon as I am cleared I am going

You both should definitely try it out when you are able!The hour flew by and I really enjoyed the class. I'm going to be working this into my new gym routine now!
