My surgery is on December 3... & I have my pre op tomorrow as well and I am deffinatly scared and nervous

I am on day 4 of liquid diet. So far so good, 4-5 specific Protein Drinks, Water and raw veggies. I need to focus on mindful eating, small bites and thoroughly chewing. Surgery Dec. 5 at 11 am. All appointments are complete. One week from tomorrow will be my day!

Hey Blue Chevy,

I start a 2 week Optifast diet on December 5. I'm a little worried, but determined to suck it up... Pun intended. Good luck. How long are you on it?

Snow, 4 weeks total, I've just finished week 1. I'm finding it very hard. It could also be because I used to be a chef and was always around food. Just left the industry and am starting a new life which includes this surgery and new career

OMG it just hit me.... I have my pre op tomorrow and then my surgery on the following monday (12-03-12) only 5 more days eeekkkk I am one big ball of nerves right now I am excited but scared to death I didn't think it would happen so fast I decided to do wls at the end of august after a friend had hers and everything has flew by with no problems at all it makes me think this is happening for a reason and I should take advantage of it lol
