IM stuck at stall for the past 5 weeks. I need 14lbs to goal. I'm size 7 yeah for me medium top yeah for me but I don't want to see 139lbs anymore. I want to see 125 before I'm 34... I can't up my Protein cuz I only eat fruits & vegetables & fish/meat. I don't do shakes or energy drinks. I decided starting the 1st of November I'm going to go on a strict thing to reach my goal. I will exercise 7 days a week & continue to have 3 meals per day. I will try maybe liquid 3 days a week so how I feel. If I get dizzy I will not continue. Not looking forward to killing my self. I just need 14lbs to goal. I want to stay size 7 that's perfect. Medium top no problem. I'm just getting so smh ugh!!! Wtf scale move. I know I made it so far 211 now 139 but I want to be 125 I'm gonna do w.e. It takes to get there.

Hate to bust In on the lady's room but have you tryed upping your calorie intake a 100 or so points. When I take in less then 800 I don't lose weight when I take in more then 800 I lose weight. And it's a struggle to get in 800 calories.

If all fails try Cross fit trainning if that does not kill you you may lose a few more lbs.

I don't even eat 800 calories per day if I count what I eat. What's points? I eat as much as I can fit.

I know that Protein Shakes are horrible but try drinking one of those in the morning at least. 1 cup of 2% of milk and a scoop of Protein mix and you are getting some extra calories and some much needed protein. Good luck honey

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
