Anybody now what kind of insurance is needed to get approval. And the price of surgery if paid out of pocket?

I paid $26K - my insurance would not pay because my BMI was 34.9. I remain amazed at what insurance companies will do to avoid paying. We must work on changing this through legislation.

I go in on Wednesday. I start my liquid diet tommorow. I just had my ivf filter put in yesterday to prevent blood clots. Omg it sucked lol. But I'm ok
