Woo hoo!!! BM today, postop day 4!!! Make sure you walk, walk, walk and sip, sip, sip!!! I had a lot of hot milk breakfasts past two days, strained oatmeal, thinned out cream of wheat with Unjury and thinned grits! Lots of walking more than the 10-15 min recommended. Hope this helps someone!

Awesome. Not TMI at all, this is something I think everybody deals with. I do now even pre op. I have had days that I was super excited to have a good BM. You are doing great.

I am so happy for you.

Keep on doing what you are doing cause you are making this work for you.
