JustJenn 542 Posted October 27, 2012 I was pretty emotional for the first couple days and anxiety for the rest of week but I thought because I couldn't drive my husband was going back to work at my 3 days post, and I had my 2 year old with me all day. Plus keeping her occupied, feed, and me drinking.... I would cry and beg my hubby to stay home from work... But I survived and the the next week I was better more emotionally in control and on track. Good luck Surgery 7/25/

Ocean0527 23 Posted October 27, 2012 I was on the emotional rollercoaster at first as well. It tapered off over the first couple of Weeks and really disappeared when I was able to start eating something I had to chew. Between the meds, the shock to your body and brain, and the hormones, it can be overwhelming. Take a few min quiet time for yourself to cry or whatever and let it out. It will pass and as you heal and start shrinking, you will have lots of reasons to smile. Sent from my VS920 4G using RNYTalk
